Description:
Metal food tin x 2 pieces. Fragment 1: can rim with small piece of base attached, 10cm diameter x 2.6cm long x 1.1cm high (side). Fragment 2: probably part of base, 1.7 x 1.6cm. Part of a large scatter of artefacts in an open, eroded area with low vegetation asssociated with trench F459 at the southern end of Pope's Hill. Documented via an intensive survey method.
