Description:
Metal food can. Bully Beef tin, two fragments. Fragment 1: Base fragment with circular impression evident. 1/3 totally rusted away. Remainder reasonably well preserved. Slightly twisted. Dimensions: 7.5 x 5.9x 1.9cm. Fragment 2: Top (complete) of can and four walls of can. Seam is evident on one wall (h. 7). Slightly crushed. Rim around whole edge of can is intact. Dimensions: 8.2 x 4.9 x 8.0cm'; rim is 0.2cm high. Surface find on side of trench F582.
