Description:
A shallow, poorly defined trench surrounded by pine trees with pine needles covering the floor. It becomes better defined further along. The soil is gravelly/pebbly. The trench leads to positions at the western end. It has an off-shoot trench to the north that was unrecorded. Artefacts were found in the side of the trench, A1069 - A1071. Two sets of dimensions were taken: Dims 1: 290cm wide at top, 160cm wide at base, 165cm depth Dimes 2: 170 wide at top, 100cm wide at base, 150cm deep.
