Description:
Trench a linear depression, narrow and shallow, lined with thick rhododendrons, extending along the eastern edge of the hill. The trench becomes deeper at its southern end where it ends in an oval depression, F520 strategic position. Trench F520 continues to the north, communicating with trench F519, then continuing further north where it appears to end in another wide, shallow dug-out (F522). The trench is wider and deeper at the northern end, 235cm wide, with a height on the higher eastern scarp of 95cm, and 37cm high on the lower western scarp. Both sides of trench are lined with thick rhododendrons. No visible artefacts, except artefact F517 found in northern end of dug-out F522.
